This article explains how to archive a project in the Locusview mobile app (Gen 2) running version 18.3.1 or earlier.
Prerequisites
- User must have access to the Gen 2 version of the Locusview mobile app.
- Only applies to version 18.3.1 and earlier.
- Ensure the project is no longer active and ready for archival.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Check for Sync Errors
- If the project has a sync error symbol (❗), tap on it.
- Attempt to Sync
- Tap the refresh icon twice.
- This will prompt the message: “Discard and archive”. Confirm to proceed.
- If No Sync Error Symbol is Present
- Scroll to the bottom of the project screen.
- Tap the “Archive” button.
Troubleshooting Tips
- If the archive prompt does not appear, verify that the project is not actively syncing.
- Ensure the mobile app is fully updated to the latest Gen 2 version.
