3.1 Finding Device Identifiers Based on Device Type
Tab Active 2 and Tab Active 3 (SureMDM)
Step 1: Open SureMDM Agent

Locate and tap on the SureMDM Agent app icon on your device.
Step 2: Navigate to Device Info

Once the SureMDM app is open, the Device Name will be displayed in the middle of the screen.
Tab Active 5 (Knox)
Step 1: Open Knox Manage

Ensure that your device is running Samsung Knox and that it is properly set up.
Step 2: Locate the Alias (LVS Number)
- Click on the hamburger icon (3 horizontal lines) on the top left.

The LVS Number can be found under the Alias field.
Locusview-Controlled iPads (JAMF)
Step 1: Open the Settings App

Tap on the Settings app, which looks like a gear icon on your iPad's home screen.
Step 2: Go to General Settings

In the Settings menu, scroll down until you see General.

Tap on About at the top of the General settings.
